The sad thing is, it's entirely possible that whoever knocked your Mom's bike over didn't even realize they did it. I'm constantly amazed at how completely oblivious some drivers are. :-(

yep. People drive, ride act with"blinders on"

dont think we will solve this mystery, but my mom got a new headlight and shift lever for around $50, blinker has been bent back, plate is bent back, not much to do about the scratch, seat has been taped, life is good again
