There's an obvious joke here about BMW riders and pricks, but I wouldn't be showing proper etiquette as a Harley rider if I let it loose. :angel5:

But seriously, this is another example of just how litigious and ludicrous American society has become. Are the Stella Awards still active? Because the twit in this lawsuit would be a front runner for this year's crop.
 
At least the guy doesn't have to worry about rolling out of bed while asleep.
