People post lady driven because stereotypically females are less hard on their vehicles. Tend to drive slower and be more cautious = less worn out bike, possibly better maintained. It is meant to entice you to buy the bike.

It means if you buy the bike you will become a lady.
I see this would benefit more towards cars since they would take it to a mechanic more often than guys who would rather just fiddle around with the vehicle itself. But bikes if it's female owned I would have to see what she looks like lol. (I'm going to be so dead for this comment)
I don't give a **** who rides it. If it's extremely low mileage and a 3+ year old bike, I'm gonna ask wtf was it doing and what the owner did to maintain. Doesn't really matter if a bike gets dropped and it has proper sliders anyways, there are so many 250 ads that say "never dropped, never rained on"...I honestly wanna ask them "okay when do you ride it?"
ok so if you had a choice between a young guy/gal and an older 40+ something guy/gal selling you the same bike you wouldn't think otherwise? One thing that weighs my buying decision in favour of buying a bike is if the guy has multiple bikes.
