So I have to go to Honeywood next weekend and am doing The Forks and Hockley on the way up but notice the Prince of Wales Rd in Shelburne and looked pretty good from the map, but was wondering if anyone has been there?
My guess as all good roads it will probably sand and dirt (Can't tell from the map).

If anyone has been there please let me know what it is like.

Cheers

Yes it is paved. At least up till River road it is. At that point if it isn't too far out of the way, you are better off taking River Road/Sideroad 20 through Terra Nova out to Airport Road and then continue north. That stretch is one of the nicest in the area.

Sweet, Thanks,

We are staying right at prince of wales and CR-21, So hopefully its good past river road as we arent that much farther up from there.

Thanks man

Yes its paved to River Road. I had an OPP once follow me from 89 to River Road.

North of River Rd., it's gravel, all the way to the Honeywood Rd. (?21?) Take it to River, go East to Airport, and then 21 into Honeywood. 21's a fun road as well.

Awesome, That was the alternate route I was looking at.

Beautiful area, I used to live in Shelburne about 28 years ago. Back then everything except hwy 10, 24 and 89 was gravel.
Still they were beautiful roads, I often biked them (pedal style)

Hey, I looked at Google maps, take River Rd East to Airport, its name changes, but keep heading east. At Airport go north, to the flashing yellow light, hang a left there. There's a hamburger place there on the corner. That goes right into Honeywood, and is the fun road I was talking about. It's not 21, sideroad 25 perhaps? (They say your memory's the first to go. . . . ) Have fun

Thanks guys, Awesome roads and had a blast, Cheers to all that pointed the roads out for me.
