Just bought some hemp hearts. Such an easy way to get an extra 10 grams of protein in smaller meals. You can easily mix 3 Tablespoons with yogurt or rice or blend it in a shake.

Bought and recently added a punching bag to my routine for the extra cardio and working on the speed and power of my punches.

3 times a week, I simulate 10 two minute rounds with one minute breaks in between and there's sweat all over the floor by the end of it.
