I had to check this out for myself. It's not exactly literally across but almost. They took the space that is Darda as the address is 47 for Darda.
I'm speculating that maybe it had to be there because it was a space already outfitted and zoned for vehicle work and that the rent may have been cheaper because of the proximity to the clubhouse.

Why would you or anyone feel threatened by them, Never heard of a Hell's angels ****ing with an innocent bi-standard for no reason, don't screw with them and you will be fine!

Calm down children, that clubhouse was raided many moons ago and they've since moved.
On topic: No point going all the way down there for Z1. I've personally never seen the appeal...they do good work, so do others. I went cause it was a 10 minute ride from home.
