Yamaha Dealer Scratched My Rims

Changing over tires, this dealer scratched the F out of my rims. After talking to the owner he agreed to repaint them. I'm not sure if this is such a good idea as aftermarket paint-jobs tend to not last and flake off. Would you guys use touch up paint or let him have them repainted?

take the money for what it would cost to have them repainted, and add that to your cash and have them powdercoated
