I have a hard time believing that this would pass a TuV inspection.

When I was in Europe, practically all of the bikes were stock except for things like luggage racks and minor cosmetic things.

Mainly showbikes or trackbikes, from what I've seen. I'm sure Europe has at least a few doorknobs that actually street ride them too. Look at all the ground scraping choppers in North America. Same idea.

pretty obviously for show and not to be ridden, theres a giant ridge right where the inside of your leg would go. No different then a slammed pickup truck, or riced out family sedan. People do all sorts of strange things to vehicles, whatever makes em happy.
