3) you can be arrested for driving while suspended. unlikely but the HTA allows it. HTA allows for officers to arrest in many instances, even careless driving can get you arrested although the most common HTA arrest is for failing to identify.
4) the are provincial warrants, there uncommon but they are possible. you can do jail time if you've been caught driving while suspended numerous times and the judge sentences you.
