I've spent thousands at ct, don't hate

Canadian Tire has been doing business across Canada for over 50 years. Several hundred thousand people (at least) could make a similar claim. It doesn't justify petty fraud, though I suspect you know that.

Considering the number of sales CT has each week (and can vary between associate stores on a national scale), I'm surprised a receipt wasn't required. It's a well-worn scam as old as retail shopping itself.

Canadian Tire rips people off daily with thier auto service.
I told them i suspected a faulty injector, "dont worry sir, our best apprentice is on it"
4 hrs later they tell me it's a faulty head gasket. I laughed at them and told them to give me my car back, they wanted $400+ for diagnosis lol
I didn'tpay anything and went home and figured it out myself, was a faulty injector. replaced it and car was fine!

they would of charged me well over a $1000 for a head gasket that was fine!

Probably needed to just tap the injector a few times then run Seafoam through the system. Try it sometime..... What did that cost...14 bucks.
