Why we ride

Been speaking with the Dealer Program Director for the movie and they are currently working on getting distribution in Canada. They're not sure when it will be up here, but did like my idea of having it playing the same day as the bike shows, so I gave him a list of the 4 happening the beginning of next year. I'll try and keep you guys in the loop.

"Why We Ride is a story about who we are. Individuals with a desire to dream, discover and explore. Seeking a life outside our daily confinements and sharing those moments together. It’s a story about the journey, not the destination. Motorcycles represent the milestones of our lives. From a kid’s dream come true, to a retiree’s return to freedom. From a family riding together on the sand dunes, to hundreds of choppers carving through the canyons – the bond is the same. It’s about the passion of the riders and the soul of their machines. Your senses will heighten as the world rushes in, your heart will beat to the pulse of the engine, your mind will race and set you free. Once you let a motorcycle into your life, it will change you forever."

So, the answer to why they ride is for unrestricted use of cliches.

^ agreed... jeez... i like bikes too but god damn.

I'm feeling warm and fuzzy inside after seeing that.

It looks good but trailers are usually misleading. At least it has Alonzo Bodden, I find him entertaining and he has had some commercial success with automotive related shows.

" We ride because we climb upon our muscular steeds and fly as if on gossamer wings. Once you ride a motorcycle, you feel euphoric, you feel connected as one with your insurance agent and your feet and breathe smell like fresh strawberries...it's about a bond, a bond between a guy in leather with a $12000 credit line and another gut in leather with a $12000 credit line crossing on the highway in opposite direction, but together with one unified goal in brotherhood, the double-double at the nearest Timmies. Like the Unicorn airbrushed into my tank, I am enjoying the freedom as the lone wolf #1,267,745 with the wind in my hair, my arm hair under my jacket cuff...I love you man..."
