Lol... 'some of us never learn though.
Once AGAIN I ended up mailing home a good share of the stuff I rode out to BC with...

I take old clothes and throw them out as they get dirty. That makes more space for stuff I pick up along the way.

I just completed an 8500km trip and saw a lot of other riders on a lot of different rides.
My one recurring thought when I'd see a couple on a goldwing towing a trailer was always... "Just get a car ffs".

That said ..I love my Fjr, but maybe its time to get something bigger.. lol

You absolutely cannot go wrong with a GoldWing. I did a couple of road trips to the Blue Ridge Mountains with a buddy that had a 2008 Wing. I rode 2001 VFR and later trips a 2007 ST1300. He rode the wheels of that thing , I could barely keep up to him and believe me I’m no slouch.
