The camp we are going to is last one on Turcotte Bay. No other camps visible. Fishing is awesome. Pike on the fly rod!

That lake is a good size, should be easy to just get lost for a few days
Productive week up north. Lots of rain. But enough sunshine to get big jobs done on our friends new cabin. Their new to them 20' seadoo is plenty fast. But the owner sucked up a fist sized rock. And then the throttle cable on the pontoon boat broke. The MinnCota on the inflatable lost forward.
But we had lots of food and beer. A 50 minute tow for the seadoo to the landing. Sigh.

It's a weird material. 5" of foam sandwiched.i think it's called sips. And it's all tongue and groove.

Newfoundland? Getting close to snow season though. I am assuming this is a cage trip? I like to explore and there are lots of great roads (mainly in NS, I wasn't impressed by PEI) but I don't have specific must-stop spots. Have a great trip.
Forgot to mention Bay of Fundy.
Plan the entire day there to see the low tide and high tide.

Peggy's cove is really nice as well.
Many of the Light Houses in the east cast as just awesome to visit and look at.
I did the East cost trip 2 years in a row.
First year on the bike.
Second year in the cage. Ended up getting engaged in Charlestown PEI.

ConCarne made at least the bridge "free". Our taxpayer dollars now pay anands husband for bridge access.
The Five Fishermen in Halifax is a great place to enjoy seafood and beverages. It’s downtown Halifax. There is typically something going on in Halifax throughout the year.
The drive to Peggy’s Cove itself is quite nice and the stop to take in the lighthouse is worth it. You’ll be tempted to continue along the coast as the roads are nice and views are scenic.
PEI, there is an info center right after the bridge staffed with knowledgeable people that are friendly and helpful. Not sure about their hours of operation this time of year? A stop at one of the Cows Ice cream on the Island is worthy of a stop. We did a few random lighthouse searches and was fun for us.
Anne of Green Gables Museum? It wasn’t my thing but, actually was a pleasant surprise.
New Brunswick? From Moncton, go past Hopewell Rocks to Alma and grab some Sticky Buns. It’s a small fishing village with a bakery (Kelly’s) that makes the best sticky buns. (Check their hours to make sure they are open and get there early). Have some there at the wharf and then head back to Hopewell Rocks and enjoy a second helping after your walk along the beach and taking pictures. Maybe check out the website to find out when high tide is? You want to be there for low tide.
In New Brunswick (Moncton) you can always ask some locals where to grab some lobster from a boat? Much depends on the area and time of year so, I can’t say where to go. But, you can arrange to meet a captain at a dock and pick up some up.
Shediac NB is just outside Moncton and has a tourist area with a concrete lobster to take a picture with. I think you can grab a boat tour there? It’s on the coast and quite nice.
