Where to safety/certify a bike in London, ON?

Hey guys, I'm buying a bike from someone in London, ON and I would like to certify it there when I pick it up.
Does anyone know where I could quickly and cheaply certify it?

In London the only motorcycle shop I know is Inglis Cycles. They are not cheap though.

For a quick safety, why not Canadian Tire?
 
I'm not sure about quick or when but, Craig at Western Auto on Hyde Park Rd. Good shop. Give him a dingle and see what he says.

Where in London will you be? 2 bigger ones are Inglis and Hully Gully, and then the smaller ones I know of are Maximum cycle and Crashburn cycle, plus there are a few Honda bike dealers. Maximum guarantees same day safety.
