where to buy 3m t-tap connectors

Look up Sayal on Harvester @ Appleby.

They have them in about 3 different wire gauges. You'll likely want the 18-22awg variety. (Red)
They aren't 3M but don't get too caught up on the name.

Tyton and several other manufacturers have just as good of a product.
