Don't be confused. bitzz is either pulling your leg - or he's confused. Rotella T6 is an HDEO (Heavy Duty Engine Oil), or "Fleet Oil". It is certified for both diesel and gasoline engines and has now been JASO certified, also. If you feel good about spending a crap-load of money, for your oil - there's no shortage of options - - - but you'd be hard pressed to find a better oil for your bike, for anywhere near the money of Rotella.

I jus switched from amsoil to rotella t 15w40 diesel oil and the pig loves it. Haven't tried the synthetic yet, but everyone on the klr forums swears by this stuff! Bought 5l at Wally World for $25!
