Hey guys what do you recommend as a base layer under a 1 piece suit at the track? I've never worn one before. I sweat pretty easily if that matters..
Thx

Silk.

Got to a sports store and look for compression shirt and pants, they are the best.

Most bike stores have them, but they are usually more expensive.

Or support a local fellow racer/rider by buying a superior quality product like VNM ;)

Lycra material aka spandex. The higher the % the better. You don't need motorcycle specific but if you got the extra cash I'm sure they fit better in the riding position

National sports in Pickering is having a "secret sale" for Under Armour. I picked up a few things, most at least 40% off ( it's overpriced regularly imo).

Even the Walmart wicking stuff is good, I have a good collection of running clothes from there. Lasts a season or two but considering how often it is washed and at $20 it's good enough.

long bicycle leggings...spandex basically and the same for a top...long sleeved. If I don't I can't easily get out of my leathers after sweating.

I wear cycling shorts with super thin compression pants over top, and cycling shirts from MEC.

I use the Performance Under Gear stuff they sell at Rider's Choice. Works well and doesn't cost a whole lot.
