What maintenance is required after rain riding?

Besides lubing the chain. Anything else I should be cautious about?

Personally I let the bike sit in the rain for a few minutes after I get home to let all the dirt wash off.
The only thing really required is to lube the chain, that's about it.

Hang your gear up properly on hangers and then treat the leather when dry.

Why would you EVER ride in the rain?!

Why would you ever ride at all?

OP: Lube the chain, give the bike a quick glance over, and dry your gear. This time of year, rain is not a bad thing.

Rain in the late fall or early spring however, is another story. You gotta spray down your bike to avoid the corrosion from the road salt.

Because it is either ride in the rain, or play some race games on the PSP while on the bus.

What would you want to do?

+1 to that! I'm in the same boat, rain happens.

Kidding dude, I ride rain or shine, even took off on a 3 hour trip in the middle of one of the heaviest thunder storms we've had this year.
There are people that really won't ride if it looks like rain. I just throw my frogg toggs on and enjoy!
Most weekends I find some form of mud on the dirty bike, it just washes off.

Seriously, just dry and lube the chain and you're good to go and give the bike a wash if you feel like it when it stops raining.
