like the title...going to Albany NY next week, what would be the most scenic way to go?

The Adirondack Forest is a nice drive. That's not a bad route. Careful when you're coming down out of the mountains as you pass the Gore Mountain Ski Area..there's always a radar trooper there on the straight part where you're coasting big-time..
