Over what period? Did you get that many in this year? Are you planning on ejecting from the Viper for a new thrill?
That's a couple years jumping for me. Ya.
I chatted with the Viper pilot. He asked me if i would be cool with inverted flight. Hmmm? I really don't know about. I've never experienced any feeling of falling or inverted. Agghh,i think i gotta do this.
And NO. No plans of ejecting.I have enough round parachute jumps thank you.

An acquaintance piloted the vampire. The gopro on the wing leaned back to look at the sky as you pass 400 knots. Good times.

While it is an expensive 30 minutes, it is barely cost recovery and a cool experience. Not many opportunities to be in a true jet anymore, everything is a a prop or turbofan.

They fly over my house all the time at about 1500ft. Fun to track them on my app.flightradar24.

So how do we sign up for one of these??
I'd wanna go inverted, but also wanna know I'd not have to clean the cockpit if my stomach wasn't as keen.

They give you a barf bag. Go to waterloo warbirds website. Iirc, the Harvard is acro rated and much cheaper to get a ride in. Differently cool than the jets. At times they have had migs in the fleet.

The Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum in Hamilton offers flights in a number of old war planes. The one most sought after is an hour flight in the Avro Lancaster. The filght course is Hamilton to Niagara Falls then to Toronto and back to Hamilton. Max, passengers per flight is 4. Cost $4,300.00/seat and it's sold out early every year. Many of the people booking are Brits as the Lancaster was the plane that won the war in their opinion. The only other airworthy Lancaster is housed in RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire but they don't offer flights to the public.

It flys over my house a couple of times on any summer Saturday; weather permitting. I can hear it coming well before I can see it. There's no mistaking what it is well before it's overhead! Pretty amazing if you've never heard it.
