Eatmyink has received an earth-shattering tip tonight that Vance & Hines has shut down their American Flat Track and NHRA drag racing teams for 2021.
EPA has been waving a really big stick for companies that sell equipment that tampers with emission controls. Fines are huge and apply to the company that marketed the part. No longer is throwing "for race use only" on every part good enough to exempt them from liability. The old money train of throwing the stock exhaust on the floor and putting on a V&H before delivery may have come to a screeching halt.Budget cuts ?
