Up shifts

I think it's awesome....but then again I got a quick shifter ;)

It's all about the timing. Hit it right and it's great. Hit it wrong and you can do damage.

Sent from my GT-I9100

Easy and smooth. Most of my upshifts (and the occasional down) are clutch free.

I can't do it smoothly at low to medium rpms on the up. 9k-redline on my 250 its smooth. Oddly, my downshifts with a throttle blip are much smoother all reve ranges w/o the clutch.

Do it all the time on my 250, as mentioned timing is everything and some light pressure to pre-load the shifter. Throttle motion is just a small, quick flick of the wrist, I think of it similar to you sneezing while riding.

I have done the up shift but not down, prefer to use the clutch for that. Since we are talking about shifting with out the clutch; I went this morning to Brampton Motorsports and saw a paddle shift 1200cc Honda. No clutch!!! Insane

Clutchless up and down all the time. The last time I used the clutch to shift was back at RTI.
And I don't know how to do it with wrong timing, because the shift rod wouldn't even move if you don't blip the throttle.

Pardon my ignorance but...

How does one blip the throttle *without* pulling in the clutch?
