So here's the problem.

4 months ago I got an insurance quote, and it was amazing compared to all other companies. I lost that paper and I've called everyone I can think of and haven't found the price I was looking for.

What I remember the guy saying was they specialize in cruisers and touring bikes. Does this discription being up any insurance quotes in your memory?

Possibly AllState cause they don't insure anything classified as a 'Sportbike' unless you bundle it with other policies.

People that do get a policy with AllState seem to be getting decent rates though.

Riders Plus or Dalton Timmis would come to mind. Dalton Timmis is apt to be cheaper based on personal experience, worth calling no matter what.
