I love paper magazines on a plane, perfect for the takeoff and landing times, and relief for when your eyes go square from staring at screens. The problem is airport newsstands in Canada and the US got really crappy, so advance planning is required to have decent magazines to read these days...

Some of those covers are very familiar. I seem to remember being disappointed with that 2x2 issue, as there wasn't actually 12 in-depth comparison tests inside, which really shouldn't have been a surprise...
