I CALL COMPLETE BS! Don't try and make yourself feel better about your accident by saying such ********. If you went down it's because you did something stupid to cause such an outcome. Yes I know sometimes **** happens and its the driver thats texting eating or just not paying attention that slams into you. but I'm talking about single vehicle collisions. they are 100% avoidable if you don't ride like a dumb-dumb on the streets. Pay attention and ride carefully and you won't crash. Simple as that.

And if you're dumb enough to ride in snow i don't feel sorry for you if you crash. there is absolutely no ****ing reason for you to ride in snow. it's a freaking motorcycle.

BURN RUBBER NOT YOUR SOUL!

HOOLLLAAAA!

Two types of riders: those who are 2WET and those who aren't. Those who aren't can only dream of reaching such greatness. Those who are must forever tread in a pool full of pussy.

HOLLAAAA

Really????

YOUR the one calling bs on this.

Honestly why don't you just shut your ****ing mouth. Enough is enough. Everyone is sick of hearing your ******** and as a new member i say you are the reason if I dont return.

If you actually were a dirt rider you would know that sometimes **** happens. I had 4 broken ribs to prove it.

So STFU.

PETERM15 - I Crashed a lot riding dirt but thats completely different then riding on the street, i have broken a few bones also. I just found this statement of "two types of riders" a lame excuse to make people feel good about themselves when they crash. There are lots of street riders out there that haven't crashed.
I hope i don't make you quit the forums bro, sorry if I annoyed you, can we hug it out?

I tried to burn my soul, but i just can't find a flammable spot on it...

if you're not crashing in the dirt, you're not riding hard enough...

This kid obviously doesn't know how drastically road conditions can change and alter the outcome of your circumstances, no matter how aware you may be.

OK that made me laugh. Good one. And good job on not taking it like an ass.

Honestly though you know yourself how conditions can change on dirt. Road is no different.

I do agree if your being dumb and trying to show off then you deserve it but was a new thread really needed.

I dont know why but I want to add that I broke 4 ribs at once and suffered 3 concussions on an XR70. Lol.

Right on MM...

These guys and their years and decades of experience. WTF do they know?

Potholes, distracted drivers... Not any real dangers out there for a rider.

We had a bus rear ended recently by a texting driver who ran right into it (going 60 km/hr). I'm sure they would have seen a bike. Buses are completely invisible.

ZOODLES - have you read the motorcycle accidents thread started by woblycat? MOST of the accidents there are single vehicle collisions. What does that have to do with other drivers or buses or whatever else you want to make up? I already stated in my first post that, i don't know how to be any clearer . wow

Man, I feel like such an idiot. I am wasting so much money on gear!

I have Velocity VR Pro gloves on order from the group buy and I picked up some Olympia Airglide pants I picked up from Tyler at Two Wheel today. Since I am a professional driver and ride like I want to keep my licence (which I do) then I do not need all of this expensive gear.

Besides, this is just like a sweater anyways...

Just with armour of course.

I will say though I'm not a gear whore.

I ride with a half helmet, leather jacket and construction boots

I ride comfortably, if I get beat up it's nothing new for me. Been suggested or gone to rehab since I was 12. If I die, no amount of safety gear would save me.

LOL! I will say that you are consistent...

"ZOODLES95 - I have considered mesh jackets before but when i hold them and actually try them on, i don't think they're any better than a regular sweater. aside from the armour. the boots and gloves look good though.

Why are you two trying to justify yourselves to Mighty ****ing Mike...seriously, get a grip guys.

Well MM...

I was going to suggest that you get in on the Velocity VR Pro group buy. $180 tax in for that level of glove is insane. It is truly a $250-$300 glove and is not a race replica; it is a real race glove.

These would look so cool with your Kawi...

and... you could have "Mighty Mike" put on the glove like this glove was customized:
