Turn signal/running light combo - Any other options?

I want to replace the stock turn signals on my Yamaha. I found these OEM ones that Yamaha sells, and they look really neat...

...but they're not sold outside of Europe. They sell for about €90 there, and shipping here is crazy.

Anyone know of similar signals that are available here? I'd love to have some extra brake lights wired up on the back of my bike.

Have you tried A Vicious Cycle? They seem pretty good about getting stuff in that can be harder to find.

I am surprised that these (from Yamaha) are not at all compatible. The shape/size of the indicator's grommet (?) isn't the same?!?!
