Looks like a DIY - if you're struggling with removal/reinstallation of the tires any shop can help you with that.
I doubt you'll find anyone willing to assume the liability if something goes amiss.
 
I run the Nuetech Tubliss on my dirtbike. The install vids make it look very DIY but problems do come up and it helps to have someone who's done a bunch to problem solve them.
I had my neighbour and good riding friend install mine and he's done approx 20 of them and has rarely had an issue. That said, my front rim still was a major hassle and fought us for 2 days to get it to seal right.
 
I've done a few of them ; you have to take the time to prep and double and triple check everything.

I also do lots of 'small' things to have long term reliability.

Do you have a rim profile that is suitable to tubeless tyre application?
how many rim locks?
