Is it just me or does anyone else think that people that place the cones to re-direct traffic haven't a clue about what they're doing?

I'm convinced they do it on purpose just to pi$$ people off.

Perhaps someone sneaks over during the night, moving them around for kicks.


There are some road lines drawn that look like the worker doing it wasn't into the hangover phase of their bender yet.

A couple of weeks ago on the WB 401 through west Pickering into East Scarborough they closed two right lanes in the collector for seemingly no reason at all then the two left lanes were closed to repair a sign. It was a GD **** show. I want to trust that it was done for a reason but I certainly didn't see why.
