Why are you looking for that specific one? There are plenty of chain lubes on the market that will do a great job.

Blue can Dupont is only thing i use, good price, readily available and supposedly one of the best out there. If you use it immediately after the ride while chain is still "hot" and leave it on for couple of hours or overnight,
absolutely will not fling off. I stopped cleaning chain with kerosene, instead I spray so much of this lube that all dirt just drips off, just place some old news paper underneath to collect all the drippings.
