this is my situation, my bike is in gta and i want my mother to take my bike to her home in the states, so she is going to drive from gta to the states (with bike in trailer not her riding the bike), I was told the bike would have to be under her name so when she crosses the border they won't hassel her as much... is this true... what would be the best way to go about this... what paper work would be needed at the border... I can't ride the bike dwn myself cuz i am out of the country thus is why my mother is going on this journey for me.... I was also mentioned that theres a certain way to go about changing the title ownership if its to a family member and is being given as a gift not being sold, is this true and how do i do it... I am so lost in all this... I just want to get my bike to the states with as little hassels as possible specially at the border... do i even hv to change title ownership or can she just go ahead take my bike and have no problems at the border... what would she need at the border in that case....help plz
