Mad Mike Well-known member Yesterday at 9:05 PM #22 It’s off. The win goes to @Ash and @Scuba Steve. I used 6 large C-clamps then cut through the tire and bead using a multi tool. Turns out the tire was glued to the rim. Who does that? Anyhow, changed 1 broken spoke and got the new shoes on. Thanks for the suggestions.
