Seeing that today looks to be a good day for the weekly motorcycle gathering, Does anyone want to head down to this location around 8ish? if the parking lot is too small we can move it across the street where Starbucks is.

I saw your post, but at that time I was still struggling with putting the bike half together.

Just be careful in Vaughan. Apparently the insanity happening at La Paloma by the car guys ruined it for everyone and now there’s a bylaw banning “illegal car rallies” which includes all motor vehicles based on the by-law wording.

Oh speaking on banning. I found out last time the police and security showed up when Farm Boy was because of some individuals causing issues for their customers. Apparently rev bombing and whizzing by customers and their kids was going on.
All it takes is a few clowns to ruin everything for everyone. Hopefully we can build a good gathering similar to the Canadian Tire Car get together in Etobicoke on Sundays. They all show up to showcase their cars.

This is sadly what ALL the weekly bike meetups have devolved into...except for BurgeRR!

I guess, removing this individuals or asking them not to come is out of order?
50/50 chance it's someone barely old enough to vote and they will just get aggressive about it

Last night was a good night and range of individuals who came down. We had about 20 riders and then we moved to Dundas square. Overall I am happy with the turn out and met a few cool folks include a female riding her Hayabusa 25 year anniversary bike

With informal organization in a public lot, you expect the dbags to stay away if asked? Far more likely to get "you're not the boss of me. I do what I want".

Hopefully police use some discretion when applying these very broad laws. Sleepers ftw.
