Unrelated, I was diagnosed with tendonitis on my right arm 3 weeks ago. Pain starts at the elbow and goes down to the hand / fingers. Sometimes it hurts like a b***. Cannot ride.
Just be careful with this kind of thing and see the doctor if the pain gets worse. Once that you get tendonitis, it can take 2-4 weeks to get better. A real pain in the @$$
