Yup and they use stolen vans/trucks so the video doesn't do you any good. I feel lucky that my gixxer never got stolen during the several years I lived in a condo in toronto.
 
bummer that the bikes were stolen
but while a slim possibility
the lister is opening himself up to a potential libel charge
social media revenge is firmly frowned upon nowadays
I expect kijiji will kill that ad shortly

Its only libel if its untrue... if he has video or pictures of them stealing his bikes... and just posted the clearest pictures of the thieves, I cant see how that would be libel.

The thieves can head to their nearest police station and file charges against him.

Libel isn't a charge, it's a civil suit claim that's incredibly hard to prove. In this case, an alleged thief would be standing before a judge claiming his reputation has been lowered due to him stealing a motorcycle and his picture being caught on security cameras and posted. He would probably be escorted in silver brackets to the nearest holding cell.
