That was my first thought. At first I thought they were sheet metal screws, but they are proper studs. At 12 studs per tread block, with what 30 tread blocks per tire? That's a crap ton of money in studs.
PS. Man do I want the XR50 but my kid's only 3 and my wife would not be happy. GLWS.
yeah, they are used for a few laps, but still look new.
marcel fournier is an ice racer with a couple dozen or so championships under his belt. he knows how to make ice tires. his name as the tire builder is why I posted them up. you get what you pay for I would think. its kijij, you can low ball em lol
That's what I thought, $850 plus tax and shipping new. At $600 it's a good deal.
By the way, if you want to run real ice tires, you may want to purchase the guards that he sells. These studs are no joke.
