To those of you that can only ride 3 maybe 4 days of the week (usually having to wait until the end of the week to ride) do you feel nervous, almost scared during that first 10mins of jumping back on your supersport bike?
I find if I can't ride for days due to rain or other reasons and I get that first ride of the week in on a Friday or Saturday, getting suited up I'm kind of nervous and hoping on is almost scary although I've been riding for 3months and I don't know what I'm scared of, the power? The immediate response etc.
After about 10mins of riding I find my nerves relax and it's nothing but pure fun riding. I assume a 1000cc would only intensify the nerves - buddy of mine said his 1000cc always kept a scare in him. I guess it's the fact these SS bikes demand respect or suffer the conciquences...
(FYI I ride a R6 now not the SV)
