Anyone do this in the area? I've got a waterproof textile outer shell for one of my jackets that got rashed on one side. It's no longer waterproof there. Looking to have it restored/re-sealed.

I tried to find a place once, but was constantly around 200 bucks... I just went and bought a new jacket

MEC sells some waterproofing liquids that spray on. Another possibility is to buy Scotchguard, but I'm unsure if it will make the textile waterproof. Really, you're trying to seal the top layer with a thin layer of plastic to make it waterproof, unless you have Goretex, Entrant or other breathable fabric.
