Are you insinuating I can’t ride ? Come ride with me then let’s see what you got.
I think he's insinuating this looks like a ride that ends up with one of the less skilled participants in a bush.
I've spent far too many saturdays myself pulling people out of the green.

welp... that's a hard pass for me right there.
I know I'm a crap rider, no need to prove that to anyone in some kind of macho showdown on public roads.

After doing some research and consulting a lawyer... An aquantence o'mine recently quit organizing/hosting a "ride", "jamboree", "rally", whatever you want to call them...
As the organizer he wasn't prepared or willing to be exposed to the liability should anything bad happen... Like ending up in a bush.
Waivers..? Not worth the paper they're written on apparently.
