Here`s a thought, try an impact driver on it. Not the plastic garbage Chinese crappy tire ones though. I`ve got one made by Vessel U.K I bought at McBride`s in the 70`s. Weighs about 4 lbs, assorted quality bits and a locking collar for tight/loose, it`s a beast. I`d put 20 bucks on it that it would remove it, sometimes no hammer needed or only a few light hits. Try your local auto parts or somewhere that sells quality tools.

Powerman is right. Those bar end nuts often have loctite on them. I’ve had to use a heat gun or flame on them before.

You would be better off trying an impact driver like Glenn suggested rather than a screw extractor. Something like this if you don't know what he's talking about:

Since yours is already stripped, you would likely need to jam a slightly larger hex bit inside, then a few taps with a hammer and I also think you could spin it out.

But the suggestion to drill off the head is still likely the best option if you don't have the tools already.
