For anyone that love getting stuff from garage sales, there is a street sale going on in Ajax, Williamson and Audley to be more specific. I think I even saw gears (jacket and helmet) being sold.

Rode by the Hamlet Community (between Salem & Audley) and there's still garage sales going on. Including the house selling gear. I stopped by to check it out the leather jacket (Icon) and it's in great condition but just a little too big (XL) for me. It's priced at $250 but flash some cash and you guys can prolly deal 'em down.

They're also selling a flat black Icon helmet, signed by Jason Britton. Sorry but don't remember the size, guessing L or XL.
