Stinger trailer experiences .

Looking at buying a stinger trailer to tow my vrod out east . Anyone use one ? I was thinking about a covered trailer . As I think the open might damage the bike while towing .

I'm limited to the size of trailer as the tow vehicle is CRV .

I towed my Buell to from London ON to Orlando FL in an open trailer in February a few years ago in a 4 cyl Ford Escape. The elements weren't an issue and it was nice to have additional space for other items.


My concern with a Stinger itself is the suspension or lack of one. I never had the chance to try one so maybe my concerns are unfounded? I've towed campers and other trailers such as utility trailers etc. Not sure how I'd feel going along the TransCanada at 110k/hr with my 500 lb motorcycle going over frost heaves etc?
