Hey guys,

Just wondering if there's anyone that you'd recommend.

I tried the specialist subsection already...I called Seamus Kelly and he said he'd call me back in 10 minutes; but he never did. I also called Li Chen and he wasted my time asking me questions for a quote, then got his assistant to call back and ask me the same questions.

Any agents that you've had a pleasant experience with?

08 250 with a GM2 and 5 years driving experience, so I'm hoping to finally jump over to SF.

Try Taylor at 905 469 4499
He was the cheapest of 4 state farm agents I talked to, also a generally nice guy that seemed like he knew a bit about bikes.
My quotes for a 250 was $135/month or $1650 for the year (GM2, 6 years G, 22 yrs old) so you should be in that ballpark...

I got a day off and im making a mission to find cheap insurance. Taylor is a cool guy and also gave me the lowest rate so far at 140$/month. 1 ticket. 24 yrs old.
Called Scott, nfq but didnt answer. Left a message.
 
Rick Andrews -Jane and Weston road area.

Hell of a nice guy and most importantly a rider - a very SERIOUS rider. He has a huge personal collection of motorcycle - and he knows.
 
I'm with Hans Lee in North York just north of Yonge and Finch. No complaints and my claim last year was handled very efficiently.
 
Ron Dennis in Kitchener/Waterloo - great guy and will work everything via email or fax. I work for a company that owns an insurance division and he is still cheaper! And no B.S., ever.
 
I'll tell you who you can avoid - the people at the Kevin McNaughton location on 14th in Markham. I went there a couple weeks ago looking to get a quote and was promptly greeted with a "What do you want? UGGHH....I was just about to go for lunch. Fine, have a seat." followed by a complete unwillingness to enter my info to generate a quote after we sat down and when I called the hag out on it her co-worker came over and co-signed that they've had a busy day and can't help me at this time. It was 1:15pm...poor babies!
 
Li Chen is my agent. He has always fight for me and has always personally tender to my needs. I've only been with him since February but it was much better than my previous 2 agents. I thought my original agent was good, but he never personally attended to me and his secretary does not explain the charges on my bill.

Unfortunately I just got off the phone with him. My rate has increased & there isn't anything he can do for me, I will be going to Allstate.
 
Jeremy O'Donnell he is out of Orangeville (519) 940-0860 give him a call. I got a fantastic rate from him 740.00 a year. On a 250 as well though I am over 30 :(
 
Renata Midura had the best rates... $91.28 all in (26yrs, M2), call 905-817-0400. You can also speak to Aga at the office there too, she's really good


 
Is Erin Boyle from Niagara on the Lake still in the game? I haven't shopped for insurance in 4-5 years.. but I remember the name.

They gave me the best rate. I dealt with Sabrina Paul there and she was fast and friendly.
