Started a new vlog channel SUPPORT

What is the point of "motovlogging", and why is it so popular? I'm pretty sure that you have to be seriously distracted from your driving to do this.

There are a couple of guys on YouTube that have some interesting footage and things to say, but it seems like most of it is 50+ guys who just take turns saying the same things with little or no basis in fact? I saw one guy whose gimmick is that he knocks on windows while riding with the flow of traffic and tries to hand people business cards or something similar. Maybe I'm just uptight, but that seems extremely dangerous and irretrievably stupid. Is it safe to assume that most viewers of motovlogs are not actually motorcyclists, and probably not old enough anyway?

I watched OMT (old man Triple) - Not bad for an Aussie. I dont think he updated his YouTube channel lately, but his older videos were great as hes got commentary when he does Drag Races. :-)

I'll have to check that out, kiwi. Like I said, I've come across a few that were really interesting. RoyalJordanian comes to mind.

I don't mean the angle of the Camara.. I mean you need a hook to to make you stand out from all the other bike riding vlogers on youtube. All the bigger ones are actually established and know their formula. You need to be different and in a good way..

I have no idea why people watch that stuff, but I'm old, I also have no idea why PewDieDie makes $4M a year.

A suggestion, work on your riding skills and don't worry about blogging, once you get better at riding then try again. You need to be able to pay attention not worry about what you're gonna say next.

Stop signs are not stopional btw.....

Also try to cut out the "like" "umms" and "yaas".

Maybe enunciate your words more and sound more confident.

Constructive criticism...

personably, i like the "umms" and "yaas". it reminds me of a nervous mouse. i like!

i tink you should play up your sluring and play up the umms and yaas. that give yoiu lots of personality! kind of like 6Foot4Honda who likes talk black but is actually in mississauga! lol. anyway, i would like youre blog very much more and would give me warm exciting feeligns!

with the most beautiful smile you have ever seen, i say: GOD LUCK! :)

oh, and i like how you parked in the wheelchair parking! :)

Not sure what the appeal is watching someone ride from their perspective for 30 mins to an hour. Why not just ride? To each his own I guess.

But with RJ he talks very little - he lets his riding / scenery / traffic situations be the main attraction.

Yeah don't park in gimp parking not only is it a huge fine but its a dick thing to do.

My son watches YouTube videos of guys playing video games. smh

My hats off to you for vlogging. But I 'll be honest in the first 20 seconds you say something to the effect of "...that's my new name. i know a bit cheesy but I couldn't think of anything better...." I couldn't think of any reason to keep watching anymore after you said that.

My hats off to you for posting. And my hats off to you for honesty.
