I want to put some highway pegs on the Triumph. Unfortunately, it has one inch engine guard bars and most highway peg mounts want the HD 1 1/4" bars. There is zero chrome on the bike, and I'd prefer something adjustable. Are there any options?

Altrider makes 1" highway pegs. Not cheap though...

Check Amazon, there are plenty of options for 1" 22mm crashbars. $20 & up.

@Brian P
I bought the same ones from AliE. Well a knock off version.
If you want to see them in person you are more then welcome to come by.

Ill even take one off for you to try on.
It came with 3 different size wedges to accommodate the different crash bars.

Another option if you want to use the HD ones is to check to see if bicycle handlebar shims will work in this application. They are widely available and inexpensive in 25.4mm to 31.8mm (mount a 1 inch bar in a 1 1/4 inch stem). Something like this...

If everything is round that should let you mount pegs made for 1 1/4" to a 1" frame. You could also make your own from 120/125 wall (1/8) tubing with the correct inner and outer dimensions if you want them made out of steel or say 4130.

Going to try and get away with just resting the leg on top of the engine guard.

If you have not already, check out turmeric. It is a game changer for me with respect to my knees (taking supplements).

I had a hip issue and tried that method but the effort to keep the foot somewhere it isn't really meant to be overcame any sense of relaxation.

Is this for "clunky" joints? I've found glucosamine to be great for aging joints.
