So which shops are open for more than one day a week?

... on Winter hours.

I was going to pick up some fluids as part of my winter maintenance projects. Nothing fancy - just 10w fork oil and 80w-90 transmission oil - but not stuff I can pick up from Canadian Tire or NAPA etc.

Anyway, looks like everyone's off-season hours are Saturday-only or weekends only (Cycle World is open some weekdays but only for bike sales). Well, I work 10-12 hour weekends, so that's out. I know GP bikes is open a few more days, but that's out in Whitby (I'm downtown, have bike but no car).

Any shops open in or around Toronto proper right now?

Hey I get my fluid online and it gets ship me pretty quickly, so if nothing else works than might try to order them online.

I guess it depends on your local CT, but I can get the 80w-90 trans oil (oil shelves) and the 10w fork oil (in the ATV/Sled/non-car oil filter section).

Depending if I can fit it in a backpack I might be able to pick some up from gp when I'm out there
(I ride and live in toronto too so don't mind if it fits)

Looking at Town Moto's webpage they list 15w fork oil and they are in Liberty Village. Why don't you give them a call or email? They have the hours you need and maybe they can have the specific weights waiting for you?

Otherwise just use mail order since it's winter and its silly to impose on others for fluids as opposed to important mechanical parts.

Edit: You can also ask that a store like CT bring in stuff from another location for you. I've done that with the LCBO to get discontinued liquor. According to the app there is 1 bottle of Barenjager left in the province in Niagara Falls.
