So sick of this **** weather

Go ride a ss at 95 kmh for an hour ride in -2 and see how your hands feel.

Yep. Especially this long weekend. I think it's a hibernate with the bbq and beer in the yard kind of weekend

Why not ride a cruiser at 95 ? It is sane speed and same temp

I rode to work this whole week. I'm used to the cold - I live with my girlfriend.. I'll brace a hundred winters over one death stare from her.

Whatever, as Paul said... everything gets good tomorrow. Apparently it's supposed to drizzle in the morning but I'm still riding to work because the way back is going to be sunny and warm.

Guelph to Mississauga commute down 401 at higher than 95km/h speeds, on a Daytona 675. No heated gear, 3000kms just this year. 30 minutes of suffering after getting off the bike though.

Similar. 3k kms already on a new gsxr. Painfully cold hands about 4 times now. Last night the ride home through Guelph was windy and friggin cold.

Seriously thinking about moving to somewhere where these insurance prices and this **** weather doesn't exist!!! :director: :director:

DO IT!!! You'll quickly find out that moving anywhere is a trade-off, though: things that are good here, are/will be crap elsewhere. The only real downfall of living here is the weather, and the cost of buying toys.

I used to do this commute everyday for 2 years!! - Going to Guelph: Take Trafalgar North, Left on Side road 15 (enjoy), Right on Guelph line, Left on Side road 20 then Right on Hwy 6... or take Arkell or York off of Guelph Line to get into Guelph. There are many nice back-road routes into/out of Guelph (not all that twisty, but scenic). It took me about 30 minutes longer, but well well worth it. The 401 suuuuuccccckkkkkkkksssssssss.

No..... good weather is here - 13 at the Forks and perfect sun and no wind and nada on the radar - heading to 19 :D - get out there.

We're still well above seasonal avg temps so far with the exception of the few cooler days recently. Outlook for the rest of the week and long weekend looks good as of now!

Well, whatever the OP did (maybe he did upper-cut a cloud), I would like to thank him. Weather is GREAT today!

Understatement. 25 in Mississauga - bit cooler at the Forks - awesome all around tho the wind is coming up.

I put 2500km this season so far.

What exactly is good here? Our awesome government? Our fantastic insurance rates? Oh wait... The damp ****** weather? I do love the increasing cost of living and the mediocre wages offered most everywhere. After living elsewhere I'd go back to anywhere else in a heartbeat. Personal/family reasons are all that are keeping me here for now.
