Small Claims Against USA based Distributors?

Several distributors are based out of the States (Ducati,Triumph,Piaggio), with just logistics being based here in Canada. Will small claims recognize them as a Plaintiff with a U.S.A address when filed?

You may find that you have to file your claim where they do business.

Interesting. Considering they sell units and parts to canadian dealers, but are based out of NY, California or Virginia, it's tough to figure out 'where' their business is. May have to get a lawyer on this.... or Judge Judy.
