Was on late 1960's Japanese standard issue type bike.
I had one once that needed special bars to mount the throttle on too :/ that was very inconvenient. Then there are those ones where you buy just the right or left side but they look like regular bars, those are easy to internal wire but hard to adjust to very many places.
