Just keep hitting the F5 button until you get the TFX international banner. They use hydraulic lifts and full enclosure. Also door to door which is rare because most others you would have to pay extra for this or bring it to their warehouse but not TFX. When I had my bike shipped to Calgary from Toronto it was snugged in with all the other exotic cars so they are very careful not to scratch or ding your bike.
If I can recall it took them 3 weeks though initially they quoted me 2 weeks but driver was delayed. They'll constantly give you updates or you can call them for the driver whereabouts. It was also in March so maybe the weather had to do something with it. But the driver has to go to every house to drop off the cars so any delays will result in longer delays for others such as waiting for the owner to come home in the evening when he's arrived during the day.
