I listened to a Podcast #73 on Chasing the Horizon recommended by WobblyCat. Mike Mandell owns and runs Motorcycle Express. HOME | Motorcycle Express I do not have personal experience but Mike sounds like a solid guy who runs a great operation.

We used them back in 2007. They also arranged motorcycle insurance. But you could do that yourself as well. For cheaper.

They used Air Transat Cargo back then.

I'd do it yourself, if I were you.
